The property manager is based onsite in the reception area every Thursday from 9am to 1pm. During this time, please raise any concerns you may have or assistance using the facilities onsite.

The communal areas of the development are cleaned every week on a Thursday. For hygiene reasons, please ensure you take out the rubbish bins in the communal areas to the bin storage area as and when required. This forms part of your tenant obligations.

For any maintenance issues, please visit www.velocitystudent.co.uk/maintenance-issue/. 9 times out of 10, tenant maintenance requests can be dealt with by clicking on the relevant maintenance issue icon.
