  • Any other data you submit to us, when using our system

This data can be viewed by authorised people at Velocity Student to:

  • Improve the site by monitoring how you use it
  • Gather feedback to improve our services, for example the usability of our system
  • Respond to any feedback you send us, if you’ve asked us to
  • To send marketing communications
  • Provide you with information about additional services to improve your experience


If you receive marketing communications from us and no longer wish to do so you may unsubscribe at the bottom of our marketing emails.

We will get your express opt-in consent before we share your personal information with any company outside of Velocity Student for marketing purposes.

You may receive marketing communications from us if you have requested information from us or if you provided us with your details when you entered a competition or registered for a promotion and, in each case, you have opted in of receiving that marketing.

You can ask us or third parties to stop sending you marketing messages at any time by following the opt-out links on any marketing message sent to you or by contacting us at any time.

Disclosing your information

We may pass on your personal information if we have a legal obligation to do so, or if we have to enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements.

We won’t share your information with any other organisations for marketing, market research or commercial purposes, and we don’t pass on your details to other websites. The only exception is for the secure services we use.

Any personal information we hold about you is stored and processed under our data protection policy, in line with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We will always hold your information securely.
